Rooted in the local terroir, its contemporary cuisine showcases the finest seasonal produce, with a particular emphasis on seafood, perfectly paired with wines from our cellar. George’s elegant, air-conditioned dining room welcomes hotel guests and visitors alike in the morning, for breakfast and brunch served from 8 a.m. to 12 noon. Throughout the day, the Clarisse menu invites you to linger over a meal at any time on the sun-drenched terrace, or enjoy a drink at the Blue Note Bar. For a truly unique experience, “Le Panier du Marché” invites guests staying at our hotels to accompany Chef Ronan Fillatre to the local market and select the day’s freshest fish alongside him. This experience is subject to availability and reserved exclusively for hotel guests. Every evening, a valet service welcomes diners in front of the hotel. George’s is open from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. every day in July and August.
